Jazmin represented my brother, and won him joint custody of his son, in a lengthy parenting time battle, with the mother of his child. My brother went into this battle with only getting to see his son every other weekend, once during the week and interchanging holidays. However, the mother of his child did withhold the child on countless occasions, which is what prompted him to seek legal representation and to take her back to court.
